The activities of EELAC are planful and structured in ways that take into account our environment in order to maximize the likelihood of achieving our intended outcomes. Periodically, we revise our guiding framework to adapt to changing conditions and new opportunities.

This series of briefs is a summation of the results of focus groups conducted with Detroit workers and jobseekers. The briefs outline EELAC’s Worker-Centered Agenda; Worker Aspirations, Needs, and Change Ideas; Challenges and Opportunities in Detroit’s Workforce Development System; Challenges and Opportunities in Detroit’s Employment Sector; and Opportunities for Michigan Workforce Policy.
